Short course at JCU beginning 13 September: Bringing Mindfulness to Life

Following the success of the 8-Week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course offered at JCU April-June, the 4-Week ‘Bringing Mindfulness to Life’ course is being offered beginning 13 September.

The cost is $245. JCU staff and alumni receive $25 discount and concessions and payment plans for students are available on request.

Feeling overwhelmed and overworked? Wanting to reduce stress, re-energise and simplify life?

The Bringing Mindfulness to Life short course is for you.

Designed and facilitated by mindfulness expert and former JCU lecturer, Dr Sharn Rocco.

Attend one, 2 hour, class each week for four weeks and learn how to:

  • Let go of worrying and distraction
  • Increase energy, clarity and confidence
  • Bring ease to daily demands and relationships
  • Practice mindfulness in daily life
  • Reduce stress and simplify life

Each weekly class includes a combination of interactive and experiential learning and instruction.

Tuesday nights, 5.30–7.30 at JCU, beginning 13 September, 2016.
