This accommodation is a fully furnished, self contained 4 BEDROOM HOUSE and is air-conditioned. Common areas within the house (incl. lounge, dining, patio, kitchen facilities, bathroom, washing machine & clothes dryer) are on a share basis with 3 other bedrooms. Your room will be individually keyed and will contain a queen size (Y6) or King Single (Y4) bed, desk and wardrobe. Please Note: You are required to bring your own Bedding (queen size linen, doona / blanket and pillows) and towels. You are also required to bring your own personal items, toiletries, toilet paper, laundry powder and luxuries etc.

Students are not permitted to bring any personal furniture without prior written permission from the Accommodation Manager.

Whilst no Bond is required, it will be your responsibility to maintain the cleanliness of the accommodation throughout the duration of your stay. You will be required to adhere to JCU Accommodation related policies and guidelines. It is also expected that your accommodation will be left in same condition upon departure as is on arrival. Accommodation is inspected prior to the arrival and following the departure of occupants. Any damage that has occurred will be the responsibility of the resident/s occupying the accommodation at the time of damage. Any extra cleaning expense will be deducted from your travel subsidy (if applicable).

The house grounds are designed to provide a relaxing and attractive environment for residents to enjoy. The accommodation is walking distance to Mullers Lagoon and cultural, shopping and entertainment facilities. 2.5km from the Bowen Hospital.
