Your accommodation is a fully furnished, self-contained 3 BRM house and is air-conditioned throughout. Common areas within the house (incl. lounge, dining, TV, kitchen facilities, bathroom, washing machine etc) are on a share basis with 2 other bedrooms. Your room will contain a king single ensemble, desk and wardrobe. Please Note: You are required to bring your own Bedding (king single size linen, doona / blanket and pillows) and towels. You are also required to bring your own personal items, toiletries, luxuries and toilet paper etc.

Whilst no Bond is required, it will be your responsibility to maintain the cleanliness of the accommodation throughout the duration of your stay. You will be required to adhere to JCU Accommodation related policies and guidelines (these will be discussed upon arrival). It is also expected that your accommodation will be left in same condition upon departure as is on arrival. Accommodation is inspected prior to the arrival and following the departure of occupants. Any damage that has occurred will be the responsibility of the resident/s occupying the accommodation at the time of damage.

This accommodation is a fully furnished, fully self contained 4BRM house. The house is fully air conditioned with open plan living areas as well as a second, separate lounge. There is an ensuite and walk in robe to the main bedroom (Y6 room) which is separated from the remaining 3 bedrooms, all with built in robes. The kitchen opens to dining and family room and to the rear of the home and accessed from the main living area is an outdoor entertainment area overlooking the large fenced back yard.
