Interviews

Many employers use a range of selection tools to help them identify the best candidates for their position. They may use:

  • Screening interviews - often using an automated video system
  • Online psychometric testing
  • Individual telephone or face-to-face interviews
  • Panel interviews
  • Group or team interviews at assessment centres
  • Final interview

Approach your interview positively. This is your chance to show employers what you can bring to their organisation. It is also the chance to find out more about the role and the organisation to help you determine if it is right for you.
