Clearing your web browser’s cache

Clearing your browser’s cache occasionally is a good preventative measure to avoid problems with pages displaying or updating correctly.

  1. Use Chrome or Firefox
  2. Clear your browser cookies and cache ( may help if this isn't something you've done before)
  3. Restart your browser or, open a private window (incognito window) in your browser and try logging into LearnJCU again.
