Clearing your web browser’s cache

Clearing your browser’s cache occasionally is a good preventative measure to avoid problems with pages displaying or updating correctly.

  1. Use Chrome or Firefox
  2. Clear your browser cookies and cache (www.refreshyourcache.com may help if this isn't something you've done before)
  3. Restart your browser or, open a private window (incognito window) in your browser and try logging into LearnJCU again.
