Classroom on the Reef: Curriculum

Use the links below to access Parts 1 - 4 of our Classroom on the Reef Curriculum AND a bonus online activity (Virtual Activity 1) that you can complete without even leaving your classroom! Teachers, please contact us for teacher resources including answer keys and marking rubrics. The activity workbooks that correspond with each Part can be downloaded and completed digitally or hard copies can be printed out and completed by hand.

Parts 1 and 2 are classroom based. You will need access to the Internet and the ability to watch videos on YouTube. Students can work individually or as a class depending on the availability of computers in your classroom. Parts 3 and 4 contain practical activities that are field-based and intended to be completed while visiting Orpheus Island. Students will need access to the Internet including Google Sheets and/or MS Excel to complete the data analysis portions of the activities.
