Peter Raffles

An accredited mediator under the National Mediator Accreditation System and a qualified arbitrator, Peter has more than 10,000 hours of experience in mediation, facilitation and other conflict management and resolution processes. His fields include change and performance management, workplace complaint review and investigation, consultation strategy development and complaint management system design. Peter has mediated a variety of disputes in Australia and overseas, including industrial disputes, sugar industry and construction disputes and oil and gas disputes. He also has extensive experience in the field of workplace grievances as well as in cross cultural work in the Pacific Rim.
