Founded by Associate Professor Zhanming Liang, this group consists of highly experienced and accomplished educators and researchers with broad range of expertise required for developing the competency of managers and leaders working in the health system.

To be leader in health service management training and development in Northern Queensland and Asia Pacific

Missions

1. To train, coach and mentor health service managers to excel in management roles;
2. To assist health service managers and aspiring leaders in career development;
3. To assist healthcare organisations in improving overall management capacity, and
4. To assist healthcare organisations in developing capacity in health service research and academic publications.
