The Bachelor of Business is a flexible degree, with an innovative approach to subject choice that helps personalise the course to suit your particular interests. Your initial step into business at JCU is through a range of core business subjects, and you then choose your area of specialisation by selecting a business major.

PRIMARY MAJORS

A major is a series of eight subjects. It is possible for you to specialise further by adding a second business major (or non-business second major) or business minors. You can view the subjects in your majors by clicking the links below:

To be eligible for accreditation with Certified Practicing Accountants (CPA Australia) and/or Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ), you must complete the Accounting major as well as these three subjects:
