Welcome - Orientation Week
The Diploma Welcome - Induction is designed to prepare you for University life. You will meet the Diploma staff and your fellow students, learn about the course structure, hear from past students, get lots of tips for success and so much more!
The February 2021 Diploma Welcome will be an online event. Access details will be emailed closer to the event time.
- JCU Townsville, Bebegu Yumba Campus, Douglas - 15th February, 9-11am
- JCU Cairns, Nguma-bada Campus, Smithfield - 15th February, 12-2pm
- External DHE Students - 15th February 1-2pm

Subject Enrolment
A Pathways advisor can assist you with subject enrolment (subject enrolment opens 14th December, 2020). Email pathways@jcu.edu.au for assistance.
Class Registration Assistance Session
You can get help with registering for your classes and organising your timetable (any time after registration opens on 22 January, 2021).

Readiness Assessment
The Readiness Assessment is compulsory for Pathways students to complete prior to the semester commencing.
It is an online tool used to assess your readiness for academic study. This will have no bearing on your acceptance or enrolment to JCU.
Students are able to complete the assessment online off campus. However, you may be able to come in and complete the assessment on campus in either Townsville or Cairns if you prefer.

Please note you must have accepted your offer to study in the Diploma to attend.
Once you have completed the Readiness Assessment, Pathways staff can assist you with your study plan and subject enrolments.
