Request to change space

For all requests to change/modify existing spaces please email the Space Planning Advisor, in the first instance.

Space allocations and move management

All requests for space and space moves are managed via the Move Management Portal.

Move liaisons

Staff requesting space may first contact their move liaison to initiate the process.  

Staff within the Academy area to contact their division or college administration team for the appropriate contact.

All other divisions please contact the Space Planning Advisor via email.
