Student feedback is critical to improving outcomes for university lecturers and students. Successful lecturers use feedback to make their teaching more effective and to build rapport with their students. Student feedback on lecturers is also used by JCU as a basis for promotion and teaching awards. At JCU, students provide feedback via YourJCU Subject and Teaching surveys.
