The James Cook University Conflict Management and Resolution Program and the Student Wellbeing Unit invite you to join us for the Australian Book Launch for Kim Olver's book "Choosing Me Now"
In 2017 Marney Walker and Claire Holland attended the William Glasser Institute Conference in the United States (WGIUS). We both attended a workshop run by Kim Olver (Executive Director of WGIUS) on her new book ‘Choosing Me Now: Letting Go of What Doesn't Work to Make Room for What Does’ and enjoyed it so much we decided to launch it in Australia!
If the question below grabs your attention then this book is for you!
What does taking care of yourself look like?

How do you create a healthy relationship with yourself? Find out how getting to know yourself and learning what satisfies you and your basic needs will help you live a happier and more fulfilling life.
