High school can be an exciting and hopeful time, but with the unprecedented disruptions and uncertainty of COVID-19, senior students are facing new and stressful challenges. As Dr Michael Carr-Gregg – one of Australia’s highest profile psychologists, authors, and broadcasters – explains in this webinar, there are ways that parents and senior students can work together to achieve success and manage stress in those pivotal final school years.

Dr Michael Carr-Gregg is the author of 17 books about adolescents’ wellbeing, such as Surviving Year 12 and Strictly Parenting, and will delve into the practical ways parents and senior students can manage these challenging times. He appears frequently as the resident parenting expert on Channel 7’s Sunrise and makes radio appearances on the Morning Show with Neil Mitchell on 3AW. In this webinar, Dr Carr-Gregg draws on his parenting expertise to provide his top tips for not just surviving but thriving in high school and to answer your questions about how to navigate through these challenging times in Year 11 and 12.
