Managing Exam Stress Workshop

When: 23 May 2022, 11:30am -- 12:30pm

Exam stress is completely normal and very common among students. Enough stress can help you to stay focused, motivated, and efficient, and can even supply your body with the extraordinary ability to handle an emergency. Too much stress, however, can lead to feeling overwhelmed, anxious and confused, “going blank” and unable to concentrate.

Join the JCU Wellbeing team for a 1-hour online workshop to learn about the benefits and pitfalls of stress, and gain insight into some quick and easy strategies to help you manage it. This new knowledge will help you to understand how stress can impact your efforts to complete exams of all types and help you to manage your stress to improve exam performance.
