In this week's Seminar we are joined by Barrister and JCU Alumni, Merissa Martinez who will talk about importance of stepping out of comfort zones into growth, what we can learn from our own failures and the "failure" of cases, doctrines and movements, as society and law progresses and changes.

About the Presenter

Merissa is a JCU graduate, who has practiced as a partner in a City and International law firm in London, and now as a barrister from Townsville. She specialises in complex infrastructure disputes and is a passionate advocate for social change.
