About the University

UEL has more than 19,000 students from 120 countries. At UEL there is a range of modules (classes) available to Exchange students.
London, the capital of England and the United Kingdom, is a 21st-century city with history stretching back to Roman times. At its centre stand the imposing Houses of Parliament, the iconic ‘Big Ben’ clock tower and Westminster Abbey, site of British monarch coronations. Across the Thames River, the London Eye observation wheel provides panoramic views of the South Bank cultural complex, and the entire city.
For more information on courses available, visit the UEL website.
Accommodation is available in stylish and modern halls of residence which are all located in the secure Docklands Campus. All rooms are en-suite and have a high-speed internet and telephone lines for incoming calls. The Students Union provides plenty of information, guidance and advice about housing and how they can help, if they can. You can find all you need to know about this on their useful Housing Advice pages.
