Human Resources Committee

The Human Resources Committee is a committee of the Council. Its role is to assist Council in fulfilling its responsibilities towards the employees of the University in areas such as employment, recruitment, remuneration, equity, training and development and compliance with all relevant applicable laws. It also advises on the employment arrangements and remuneration of the University’s senior officers except the Vice Chancellor. The Human Resources Committee has seven members including two co-opted additional members.
