OneDrive, CareerHub and LearnJCU

HDR candidates must complete this module during the first 12 months of candidature (full-time equivalent).

OneDrive is a cloud-based storage system that is supported by JCU IT and provides a flexible method for storing HDR-related materials. This video contains  OneDrive training provided by JCU IT experts who show you how the system operates.

The GRS also requires HDR candidates to use the CareerHub system for booking workshop attendance and for retaining documents relating to professional development. During this part of the video, participants are shown how to access their official attendance files on CareerHub, and how to upload material relevant to their professional development and future careers.

LearnJCU is where you can undertake any GRS online learning modules, including the modules that are compulsory for your candidature.  This part of the video demonstrates how to access modules and find the records of your completion of online activities.

The module can be found in the Higher Degree by Research Student Organisation in LearnJCU, in the OneDrive. CareerHub and LearnJCU compulsory workshop folder.

For information on how to access the organisation please refer to the Using CareerHub and LearnJCU guide.
