Graduate Research School The HDR Professional Development Program CASE Writing for Publication workshop series for Humanities HDR Candidates

CASE Writing for Publication workshop series for Humanities HDR Candidates

CASE Writing for Publication is a six-session workshop series aimed at equipping HDR candidates with the skills required to bring a paper to publication. The series has been tailored to Humanities HDR candidates, although Social Sciences candidates may also find it useful and are welcome to attend.  Over the six-session course, HDR candidates will write up and edit a paper, receiving peer review and professorial guidance from within the discipline.

Under the guidance of Professor Richard Nile, the series will assist candidates to produce an article that is ready for submission at the completion of the course.

As a scholarly editor, Richard Nile has co-created more than 1000 peer-review publications, including articles and chapters, and around 100 scholarly volumes. His own books have been published across more than 30 international editions, including translations into seven languages.

Beginning on Wednesday 30 October and running through to 11 December.  Note that it will not be held on 6 November so as not to clash with the CASE conference.

Presenter:  Professor Richard Nile, CASE
