Writing for Journals

Writing for Journals

This workshop will provide HDR candidates with the skills they need to write effectively for academic journals.  The workshop will feature a combination of principles and practices designed to produce professional-standard academic texts.  Participants will be encouraged to write academic prose during the workshop, and should bring a laptop computer if possible.

Places are limited for the Writing for Journals Workshop as SKIP participants have first preference.  Current SKIP participants should note that they do not need to separately register on CareerHub as their enrolment in this session is part of the SKIP program.

Due to the format of this workshop, video linking and zoom are not available. Participation is face to face only.

Presented by Dr Liz Tynan, Academic Support Coordinator, Graduate Research School
