The GRS Workshop room is a classroom with a maximum capacity of 30 people. The room can be booked for meetings and workshops subject to availability.
Zoom Room
A Zoom Room is a software-based video conference system installed in a physical space at JCU.

- Cameras x 2 (one for presenter, second camera can display whiteboard, documents and full room view - controlled by iPad)

The room contains the following:
- 10 flip tables
- 30 chairs
- Whiteboard
- Lectern
- Large table for catering
- Mini bar fridge
- Rubbish bin
- The room is set up in a workshop layout with 5 x group tables that can fit 4-6 people.
- Equipment and furniture should be returned to original position and whiteboards left free of text after use. A photo of the required layout is at the front of the room
- All tables should be wiped clean after use, wipes are provided
- Waste including leftover food and beverages should be placed in the bin provided and then the bin must be emptied and taken to a rubbish bin located in the building foyer.
- All materials and stationery are to be supplied by the Event Organiser
- Do NOT turn off the TV’s, projector or iPad – the equipment works via a sensor
- Lights to be turned off and door locked upon leaving
