Summary of Project

The continuous emergence of new multi-resistant strains of bacteria is the biggest health challenge that the world’s population is facing, meaning that new therapeutics for bacterial pathogens are urgently required. This project aims at laying the groundwork for the development of new antibacterial agents to treat life-threatening bacterial infections such as tuberculosis and melioidosis.
