Summary of Project

The failure of bearings is one of the major causes of downtime for rotating industrial equipment. Condition monitoring of large numbers of distributed bearings across multiple sites in remote locations is a severe cost challenge. This project aims to develop condition monitoring outcomes which can be provided at a cost that would maximally benefit remote sites with large numbers of distributed bearings.
