Dear Colleagues
In my email of 3 October 2013 I said that I would provide you with a copy of the Enterprise Agreement and information to help you understand the terms and conditions contained in it. I also flagged that this week JCU would be holding information sessions to help you understand the terms and conditions of the Enterprise Agreement.
Here are the links to:
A document summarising the key changes to the James Cook University Enterprise Agreement 2013; and
A copy of the James Cook University Enterprise Agreement 2013; and
Supported Wage for Employees with Disabilities Policy.
Enterprise Agreement
JCU encourages you to take the time to review the terms and conditions in the Enterprise Agreement.
JCU has prepared a summary table showing the key changes and new benefits and entitlements document mentioned above - but reading this summary is not a substitute for reading the Enterprise Agreement in full.
Information sessions
JCU together with the Unions will shortly be holding information sessions on the following dates to explain, outline and discuss the terms of the Enterprise Agreement.
Attendance at these information sessions is voluntary, however we strongly advise you attend one of these sessions and ask any questions you may have about the Enterprise Agreement and what it means for you.
