Service outage for LearnJCU

On the 14th August at 11am, 'LearnJCU' has experienced a service outage. We hope to have this resolved as soon as possible, we apologise for any inconvenience.

Current status


The issue preventing Learn JCU access has now been resolved.  
If you are still unable to log in please contact the IT Help Desk.


Clients are currently unable to access Learn JCU via the link on the JCU home page, marketing is aware and working to resolve the issue.

As a workaround please go directly to to log in to Learn JCU.
