Service outage for Multiple Systems

On the 19th March at 12:30pm, 'Multiple Systems' has experienced a service outage. We hope to have this resolved as soon as possible, we apologise for any inconvenience.

Current status


20 MAR - We are still experiencing issues with SSO and are attempting to resolve this as quickly as possible.


As of 12:30pm 19th Mar 2020, JCU Single Sign On (SSO) access is experiencing issues preventing logon to:

  • Student App
  • Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Mex
  • Plan Safe
  • LinkedIn Learning and
  • In Place

JCU IT Services (Technology Solutions) are aware of the issue and working to resolve this.
