Planned maintenance for Multiple Systems

'Multiple Systems' is scheduled for planned maintenance. This service disruption is expected to be resolved by 8 December 5pm.

Current status

All planned maintenance and upgrades scheduled for the weekend outage have been completed successfully. All services have been restored.

Original

Technology Solutions have a planned Major Outage scheduled to begin 7pm Friday 6th December until 5pm Sunday 8th December. During this time, services will be intermittently or completely unavailable. These services include, but not limited to:

  • Network connectivity
  • Password reset services
  • Phone services
  • eStudent
  • eAcademic
  • MyHR
  • MediaSite
  • LearnJCU
  • Staff Online
  • Students Online
  • Student Management Systems
