Planned maintenance for Multiple Systems
Times are in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST)

When: 6th December 2019, 7pm to 8th December 2019, 11pm
Clients affected: Staff and students

'Multiple Systems' is scheduled for planned maintenance. This service disruption is expected to be resolved by 8 December 11pm.

Current status

All planned works scheduled for the weekend outage have been successfully completed. All services should now be fully restored.


A planned outage is scheduled for the Student Management Systems from 7.00pm (5.00pm Singapore) Friday, 6 December to 11.00pm (9.00pm Singapore) Sunday, 8 December 2019. This outage is due to the ICT Major Maintenance Window.

During this time the following services will be unavailable:

  • Student Management System (SMS – Live)
  • eStudent
  • eAcademic
  • eApplications.
