Clients affected: Staff and students
On the 22nd May at 8am, 'Staff Email; Student Email' has experienced a service outage. We hope to have this resolved as soon as possible, we apologise for any inconvenience.
As of Friday 24th May 2019 Microsoft has resolved the issues with Outlook email and other services.
23rd MAY Microsoft is currently working to restore the service, JCU staff and students may continue to experience intermittent issues until this problem is resolved.
22nd MAY Microsoft have traced the problem to a recent update and are working to resolve the issue.
There have been multiple reports of both staff and students experiencing Server Unavailable errors in Outlook as well as difficulty logging into and searching within Outlook online and in the Outlook desktop client. Microsoft is currently looking into the issue.
