Xi’an University of Technology Partnership

We have partnered with Xi’an University of Technology (XUT) in China to offer XUT students the opportunity to study part of their degree at JCU, and be eligible to receive two degrees upon successful completion of the collaborative program – one from XUT and the second from JCU.

This partnership provides opportunities from XUT students to develop skills and knowledge for global careers, while developing cultural and leadership skills for a competitive advantage in the global employment market.

JCU and XUT students and staff will benefit from sharing ideas, knowledge and fresh approaches, each learning from the other’s strengths.

Earn a double Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree

with Xi’an University of Technology and James Cook University, Australia

Prepare for a global career through an engineering course shaped by industry. Accredited by Engineers Australia, graduates are immediately eligible for graduate membership of Engineers Australia and, following a period of professional practice, may become Chartered Professional Engineers.

Learn how to integrate and apply an advanced body of theoretical and technical knowledge, and specialise through an engineering major of your choice:

  • Civil Engineering major
  • Electronic Systems and Internet of Things Engineering major
  • Mechanical Engineering major.

Earn a double Bachelor of Science (Data Science) degree
