If you arrive during office hours, you should make your way to your Hall Office to check-in. For after hours arrivals, please make sure you have advised the Halls Office prior so that they can arrange for the Residential Advisor to be available upon your arrival. When you arrive, you will need to contact the Residential Assistant on duty. (for also Office hours, locations and contact details). If you register for the arrival service your transport host will assist you with this.

Checking-in is quite a simple process of collecting and signing for your key. Occasionally there may be some administrative matters to finalise when you arrive, such as submitting contract documents, payments, and taking your photograph for our records. Following this, a Residential Assistant or staff member will show you to your room and help you get settled.

A condition report will be provided for you to complete and return within 48 hours. This is to ensure all inventory items are provided in your room and in good condition. You’ll probably also want to get yourself connected to the internet and email right away, see the ICT website.
