The Resident Code of Conduct is based on consideration for other residents, safety and hygiene, University policies, and Federal, State or Local Law. Its purpose is to ensure a safe and enjoyable living and learning experience for all residents.
Any breach of the Resident Code of Conduct will give rise to disciplinary action under the JCU Halls of Residence Disciplinary Procedures. The JCU Halls of Residence, in accordance with the JCU Student Conduct Policy, may alter the Resident Code of Conduct, from time to time.
