The Learning Environments Coordinator coordinates the University’s Media Capture service that produces digital media for use within academic programs and on the corporate web. Working under general direction to undertake a range of tasks in administering and supporting the media capture system including, but not limited to:

  • supporting the implementation of the media capture system
  • providing technical expertise to support clients in the day-to-day use of the media capture system
  • liaising substantively with a range of business units and clients within the University and externally with vendors
  • applying testing and monitoring procedures to ensure media production to established quality and accessibility standards
  • using analytics to deliver accurate and timely reporting on media usage metrics for stakeholders

A secondary role is to produce digital media, learning objects and web content to established specifications for Directorate projects.
