Overview

Staff and students without a James Cook University username may be granted special access to LearnJCU through the creation of a non-JCU user account.

A non-JCU user account:

  • cannot be used if the user already has a current JCU username

  • grants access exclusively to LearnJCU and will not work with any other JCU web service, including email

  • will expire after a 12 month period.

Requesting a non-JCU user account

To request the creation of a non-JCU user account, please contact the appropriate Subject Coordinator, Lecturer or the College’s TRDB Administrator.
