JCU Learning & Teaching Innovation Grants

Purpose and Eligibility

Learning and teaching grants will be available to support specific activities related to digital innovation.

All staff (academic and professionals) are eligible to apply, either as teams or individuals, providing they have the support of a relevant ADLT, Academic Head and/or relevant Dean/Director.

All grant applications are due to LTSE Administration by Monday, 28 November 2022. Allow at least one week for applications to be processed by each College prior to submitting with LTSE.

All projects must commence in 2023 and be completed by 31 December 2023.

A final report on the project is to be submitted to LTSE within three months of the completion of the project.

B.  Promoting active learning and student engagement

C.  Immersive learning

Type 1: Small grants of up to $5,000 each

Type 2: Larger grants of up to $10,000 each
