Different accounts

Email

JCU sends official information to students by email, so you need check your email account regularly. You also need to use your student email when sending emails to JCU staff – it provides proof of your identify.

Your email account uses the format: firstname.surname@my.jcu.edu.au. Sometimes there may be a numeral added after your name in your email address.

eStudent

eStudent is where you manage your enrolment, this includes enrolling in subjects, paying your fees, viewing your results, updating your personal details and checking your Commonwealth Assistance Notices (CAN). Staff at the Student Centre can help you with if you have any questions about using eStudent.

LearnJCU

LearnJCU is the online teaching and learning space for your subjects. This is where you access study materials, read announcements from your lecturer, join in discussions, submit assignments and more. You can access your subject space in LearnJCU about two weeks before the start of the teaching period. Use your JCU computer username and password to log in.

StudentsOnline

StudentsOnline is where you access your lecture and exam timetables and textbook lists. You can also make credit card payments for services including your CopyPrint account.
