An introduction to dementia

If someone in your life has been diagnosed with dementia, you might be interested in a public presentation coming up at James Cook University in Cairns on September 17^th.

Speakers from Alzheimer’s Australia Far North Queensland and OzCare Cairns will present an introductory discussion of dementia.

They will also outline what services are available locally to help people diagnosed with dementia, as well as their families and carers.

To learn more about dementia, you’re invited to the Crowther Theatre at James Cook University in Smithfield, at 6.00pm on Tuesday the 17^th of September.

Admission to the presentation is free, and all are welcome.
