Natalya Beer

Natalya Beer is a PhD Candidate within the School of Human Sciences (Exercise & Sport Science) at The University of Western Australia.

Natalya’s research focuses on the relationships between exercise, appetite, and food choices, and is intrigued by the impact of exercise on weight loss and weight management. Through her PhD, Natalya hopes to determine how exercise conditions can be optimised through interdisciplinary research investigating both the physiological demands of exercise and psychological experiences in exercise. She is particularly interested in exploring the direct and interactive effects of these factors on post-exercise food consumption.
