Students are responsible for all costs associated with meeting the immunisation and health requirements for your Professional Experience Placement. Please visit your own General Practitioner or the JCU Health General Practice to obtain your vaccines and serology.

  • Please be advised prices of vaccines may change
  • Pathology tests are bulked billed through Sullivan Nicoladies and for international students through TTH pathology
  • Consults are bulked billed at JCU Health for all JCU students with Medicare card. International students are rebate fee only which with some insurance company we can claim directly or if not they can claim through their health insurance funds.
  • Please inform reception at time of making first appointment that it is for Placement Immunisations, so we can have the required paper work ready for your appointment.
