Teaching Week	Subject Coordinator Action required
5	Thur 24 Aug (Census date)	Centrally Administered Exams- You will be emailed a link to the web portal where you can enter your exam request.
7	Thurs 7 Sept	This is the last date in which you can request an Exam. After this date the link is closed and exams may not be able to accommodate your exam.
7	Fri 8 Sept	Prepare both your Formal and Sup/Def Exam Papers. Sup/Def may have to run online if Exam papers are not received.
9	Thurs 21 Sept	A link will be emailed with the DRAFT timetable, You have 4 days to highlight any issues
Lecture Recess	Mon 25 - Fri 29 Sept	We recommend having your Main and Supplementary Exam paper finalised, approved and uploaded at this time.
Lecture Recess	Thur 28 Sept	Student Final Timetable is published via email, Students Online and Student App. No further timetable changes can be made.
10	Tues 3 Oct	This is the last date in which you can submit both your exam papers.
12	Fri 20 Oct	Your Online exams should be set and ready on LearnJCU- Auditing commences on Mon 22 October.

Post Exams	Mon 20 Nov - Fri 1 Dec	Marking/Examiners meetings/Results processing
Results Publication	Tues 5 Dec	Only students with an ED/FSE result at 5 Dec will be timetabled. Any results received after this date will not be accommodated.
CHS/CMD/CPHMVS	Thurs 7 Dec	Student Final Timetable is published via email, Students Online and Student App.
CHS/CMD/CPHMVS	Sup/Def Exam Period Sat 9 - 16 Dec
CASE/CBLG/CSE	Wed 13 Dec	Student Final Timetable is published
