| 2 | Thur 21 Sept | Centrally Administered Exams- You will be emailed a link to the web portal where you can enter your exam request. |
| 4 | Thur
5 Oct (Census Date) | This is the last date in which you can request an Exam. After this date the link is closed and exams may not be able to accommodate your exam. |
| Fri 6 Oct | Prepare both your Formal and Sup/Def Exam Papers. Sup/Def may have to run online if Exam papers are not received. | |
| Lecture Recess | Mon 16 - Fri 20 Oct | We recommend having your Main and Supplementary Exam paper finalised, approved and uploaded at this time. |
| Thur 19 Oct | A link will be emailed with the DRAFT timetable, You have 4 days to highlight any issues | |
| 6 | Tue 24 Oct | This is the last date in which you can submit both your exam papers. |
| Thur 26 Oct | Student Final Timetable is published via email, Students Online and Student App. No further timetable changes can be made. | |
| 9 | Fri 17 Nov | Your Online exams should be set and ready on LearnJCU- Auditing commences on Mon 22 October. |

| Results Publication | Tue 2 Jan 2024 | Only students with an ED/FSE result at 2 Jan 2024 will be timetabled. Any results received after this date will not be accommodated. |
| Thur 4 Jan 2024 | Student Final Timetable is published via email, Students Online and Student App. | |
| Sup/Def Exam Period Mon 9-12 Jan 2024 | ||
