Student Complaint Management Unit

The Student Complaint Management Unit acts on behalf of the JCU Registrar to:

  • Advise staff about the Student Complaint Management Policy and Procedures

  • Develop a range of resources to assist students and staff in complaints resolution

  • Receive, refer, and track the progress in the resolution of formal complaints

  • Maintain records and report on formal complaint trends and statistics

  • Recommend improvements following from Feedback and formal complaint resolution
