Study Period 2 Attendance Requirements

To make it easier for you to plan for Study Period 2, the tool below lets you check information about attendance requirements for your subjects. Just type your subject name or code into the search bar.

It is important to note that this tool provides a broad overview of attendance requirements (excluding any subjects that are external or online), and there is no detail about subject content or the timetable. Your college will continue to communicate relevant information specific to your course, subject or personal circumstances where applicable. This is provided as a guide only until your final timetable is released.

Timetable and Class Registration
The Teaching Period 2 timetable will be available from 6 July.  Class registration for all applicable postgraduate subjects opens on 14 July at 10:00am, undergraduate subjects open between 15 – 17 July. The full class registration schedule is published here.

JCU Students Currently Interstate
If you are currently interstate and have on campus attendance requirements, please start planning your travel to Queensland.

Those of you with a Queensland residential address will need to complete a resident border pass application online. It’s a quick and easy form to complete and approval is generally emailed to you instantly.

If you don’t have a residential Queensland address, you can still travel back for study purposes. You are considered an “exempt person” under border restrictions and can complete this form online.
