Booking an Appointment (Learning Advisor)

Appointments with a Learning Advisor

Appointments are 30 minutes long and are currently offered on campus or remotely via video conferencing.

Fair Use Principle: Due to high levels of bookings, appointments with Learning Advisors are limited to a maximum of five sessions per student per semester. If you feel you need more please consult with the Learning Advisor. Multiple bookings through the booking system will be reviewed.

If you cannot find a free session with a Learning Advisor, please submit a general booking request and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Being COVID-safe on campus:

  • Do not attend a meeting with a Learning Advisor if you feel unwell or have symptoms of any kind, are in isolation or quarantine, or waiting on a test result
  • Keep your 1.5 metre distance and wear a mask where appropriate
  • Attend your meeting online to reduce transmission risks where necessary

  • Prepare for exams

Learning Advisors:

  • do not teach course content
  • do not provide private tutoring
  • do not write your assessment for you
