Show analogue laptop

Connect an analog laptop to the audio visual system using the VGA cable and the 3.5mm audio cable. Mac users will need an Apple Mini Display Port to VGA adapter.

Set the laptop to duplicate its display and touch the Laptop (Analog) button to show the laptop on the projector screen. Ensure the laptop audio is turned up and not muted if the presentation contains an audio component and that the laptop audio is routed to the same projector screen as where the laptop screen is shown. Touch the Audio tab to accomplish this and adjust the laptop volume.
