Videoconference mode
Volume/sound control panel

In videoconferencing mode, there are three volume controls on the panel.

  1. Microphone volume = the volume of the lectern microphone the room. Touch and slide left or right to adjust.
  2. Videoconference volume = the volume of the audio coming from the room(s) to which you are connected. Touch and slide left or right to adjust.
  3. Program volume = the audio component of the presentation (Desktop PC, laptop and collaborator). Touch and slide left or right to adjust. Ensure the volume of the Desktop PC or laptop is turned up and not muted.

Ceiling microphones

There are several ceiling mounted microphones over the audience secton of the room - by default they are switched off. Touch the Ceiling Mics On button to activate these microphones.
