In videoconferencing mode, the presentation should only be added after the videoconference call has been established. This applies for theatre to content server recordings as well. The indicator that a call has been connected, is the appearance of the Far End room(s) on the projector screen to the right behind you or the screen displaying the word ‘Recording’.

Connect the VGA cable and the 3.5mm audio cable to the laptop and enable its dual display. Mac users will need and Apple Mini Display Port to VGA adapter.

Once the call has been connected add the laptop by touching the VC Presentation tab and Laptop (Analog) button. Ensure the laptop audio is turned up and not muted if the presentation contains an audio component.

Touch the Audio tab for information about the volume/audio control.
