Videoconference mode
Show desktop PC

In videoconferencing mode, the presentation should only be added after the videoconference call has been established. This applies for theatre to content server recordings as well. The indicator that a call has been connected, is the appearance of the Far End room(s) on the projector screen to the right behind you or the screen displaying the word ‘Recording’.

Once the call has been connected add the desktop PC by touching the VC Presentation tab and Computer button. If the presentation contains an audio component, ensure the desktop PC volume is turned up and not muted.
